Shipping

• We are pleased to offer a $7 flat shipping rate anywhere in the US on all orders. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders can be shipped with either UPS ground, UPS “3 day select” or USPS standard, depending on the size and weight of the package. Once an order ships, an email with a tracking number will be sent. It usually takes 3-5 days for the package to be delivered.
• Customers from the islands of the US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico…) have to order $50 or more to have $7 shipping.
• If you are an international customer please email us for a shipping quote before placing an order!
• A local sale tax of 8% will be collected from California buyers.

Payment

We accept payment through credit/debit cards, Paypal and personal check. If you would like to pay by check, after placing an order please either

take two pictures of your check (1 front and 1 back) and send (IM) them to our phone at (408) 748-4000

Wholesale

To open a wholesale account please email us (info@orchidmate.com) name of your business, phone number, and retail certificate. We will send you the price list. Orders can be shipped with either our UPS Ground account or your own shipping account. We also manufacture wood baskets per your own requirements. Discussions are always welcome.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact us as early as possible. We will not be able to help you if the order has already been shipped. An exchange or return will always be possible.

Return policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you do not like the item for any reason, feel free to return it within 15 days. Please contact us prior to your return. We will offer a full refund. However, we will not be able to pay for return shipping.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
